Session time change

Starting from Friday 30th June there will be a change to the Friday session times at Ystrad Sport Center to allow the Pool staff sufficient time to hand over from JLTS.

 

Session time will run as follows :

 

Dolphins / JDS  : 18:15 -  19:15

Squad 2             : 19:15 -  20:15

Squad 1             : 20:15 -  21:15
